my my hope everyone is having a good night as far as stress managment mine is not as good as it should be so i can only look on it as a challange to over come i have not figured out to maintain a good level and may never but it all good it only going to make me stonger in the end

Imagining a bird pooping on any number of people hmmm...you could be on to something! Former docs, ex-boyfriends, former or current bosses. Really should follow the beginning examples but the poo ones will also make you laugh...
