My completely non-medical opinion is that it's possible when you jump like that, one or more of your lesions is getting irritated and sending thos esignals. If you have a doctor that makes you feel like crap for bothering him about anything and don't call him, try putting some ice on the back of your neck when it happens. As a matter of fact, try putting some ice on the back of your neck whenever you feel any symptoms. It's cheap and works once in a while.
it's best to talk to your Dr about all symptoms or possible ones that will help in your case with dx and treatment.
I to am easily startled. My older son thought it was fun until I told him how it actually effects my body, well since he is a teen I had to tell him a few times.
Suz
but ask Doc anyway...
to calm myself. Other people don't seem to understand its effect on me, so I long ago stopped explaining.
HUGS TO EVERYONE!
