And then it says that if you rub it into your skin it helps relax it. I don't know about that. But it also says that if you put it into a tea and drink it for 30 days straight it has calming effect. I just started it. It may work some. I still have anxiety but lemon balm may work relaxing some.
But stretches are supposed to help. If you join the MS Society lending library, they have a book for stretches. If you have more discipline than me, and do them, perhaps they will help. Exercise always helps.
It also mentions breathing and so breathing always helps relax too. More power to you if you get into a habit of stretching.

Stretches is what I do. Laying down just flex and point, at the beginning feels like a lot of pain just as it releases you will feel relief. I also have a step and I leave my heels out and just press down and cant step on my toes but just going down gives plenty of pressure.
