A couple days ago I woke up and my arm/shoulder was sore. I thought maybe I slept on it wrong. Went to the Dr and she thinks I pulled a muscle. The pain is worst and I can not use my right arm at all because the pain is so unbearable. I am waiting for an appointment to get an xray, my question is if it is at all possible that this is related to MS?

Hope is a pulled muscle, because in 2002 I had a flare on my shoulder, it lasted 3 1/2 years of horrible pain, could not use my arm, Drs wanted to do surgery on my tendons, I wasn't dx back then, I refused surgery because my daughter was too young. Thank God I did because one day, some prednisone and puff, it went away, now it comes back occasionally to remind me how lucky I am.
Hope you feel better soon.
