My outlook is so bad I can't even think! I feel so overwhelmed with sadness I can't even think straight! I burst into tears while on the phone today!

I have been on antidepressants before and do not want to do it again!

Any suggestions on getting out of this FUNK?

Perhaps you will be able to find a counselor that is willing to do phone sessions mixed with office sessions? which will help with the transportation issue & maybe Red Cross is in your area with a dia-a-ride program for appointments like that? 211 should know that stuff for your area..

I forgot to mention that I am no longer on any of the CRAB drugs, so that is not the cause of the depression. Thanks to all who gave me information and support!!!

Well, living with my husband's brothers would send me into a depression, too, so I can relate! But seriously, MS is a rollercoaster with a series of highs and lows, I've found. If you can make it through the times when you feel frustrated/angry/depressed, then the times when life looks better are soooo worth it. Hang in there, and remember you have friends here!!
