Does anyone's body rock constantly when they are trying to sit still? Drives me crazy. I notice it the most when I'm sitting on my front porch smoking (yes, I know I should quit) with nothing to lean up against. My body constantly and rhythmically rocks. I know I'm not imagining it because, if I have a shadow, it's also noticeably rocking.

Do you have small kids? I used to do that for awhile after my kids were little. . .

I have it, too. Almost feels like a pulsing or something.

I do have small kids but not small enough to be rocked. :) And it's barely noticeable. If you were looking at me you wouldn't think I was rocking. It's a miniscule rhythmic motion. Suddenly I'll have the feeling that I'm moving and sure enough I am. Rocking back and forth. Wendy you are right. It's kind of like a pulse that moves your whole body ever so slightly. I've had it since before I knew MS was a possibility for me. Just noticed it again today and thought I'd ask if anyone else experienced it. Makes me kinda seasick. :) thanks for responding!

My wife has asked me before "why are you rocking". I don't even notice it but only do it sometimes. Squeemom let your dr. know if you are rocking but your shadow doesn't.

Worth discussing with the neurologist for sure. I haven't had much of that. I did have a situation at one time where if I was sitting in a chair and tapping my foot up and down, I would deliberately try to stop doing that and it kept right on going. Was very strange. I think it could be a nerve thing. (As I always say, I think magnesium helps out in that area).

wow,i do rock from side to side frequently! didn't know anyone else felt the same,in order to stop it i haveto lean forward!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
