Guessing mine was just a weird coincidence. Kinda made me stop and think for a second though!
Sometimes I have trouble distinguishing hallucinations from reality.
you have auditory neurons, and they can be attacked as part of ms. your ears have an all/none like response, so you hear or you don't
sometimes, the damage can cause you to hear sounds that aren't there just because the nerve is interpreting false signals,
like, my ears ring constantly, when this happens, it can be from damage from the actual structures to the inner ear, you can sometimes hear the ringing (which is weird) in this case or, it's nerve damage. obviously, mine is from nerve damage from ms
