Everyone here should do this IMHO!
Now I just MAKE SURE to eat a cup or more of blueberries, cherrys, cranberrys; SOME B-12 rich fruit/ vegetable EVERY DAY!
My Vit D, I take a Supplement of Calcium + Vit D 2 times a day; as my neuro TOLD ME TO, a few years ago!
I can't say that I pee alot; it's just 5 or 6 times a day. That is NORMAL!
My hands are sometimes numb, sometimes not..
There is not much point in eating berries as vitamin b12 is found in meat, fish, dairy and some fortified foods such as soya and cereals, this is why b12 deficiancy is so common in vegetarians and vegans (which I am) I don't know if berries contain any b12? I was told by my doctor however that as a vegan I will have to take supplements to return to normal and then fortified foods or supplements to maintain the level. The body doesn't store very much b12 so it is very easy to become deficient.
