Has anyone tried physiotherapy for their MS? I'm thinking if trying it and was wondering if anyone has found it helpful.

Absolutely lovemy time in physical therapy, hey have helped me come back so far from my last exasperation :-) three one hour sessions per week mostly in the pool which is so low impactand lets you work on strength training and balance issues while not getting over heated. Then they gave me some help in getting some home stretching exercises. Have decreased my meds by over 200 pills per month for pain and spacisity. Have Ben slacking off on visits to pool and have noticed a bit of a setback, need to get back. YES DO IT.

Thanks Audog! Great to hear that you've had such encouraging results. I found a physiotherapy clinic that specializes is neurological problems, so I'm excited to give it a try.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
