Good luck with the results.
Do get it seen to as soon as you can. There are medications that can help control it too.
Unfortunately the exercises etc did not help me & cant take tablets. Now wearing heavy pads & cant self catheterise do looking at catheters, not happy.
For this reason I say get it looked at & push Dr's for help as much as you can.
t get up to go at night. I asldp ( shudder)) cath myself 2x a week. More if I've drinking a lot of beer. ;)
there is wet spot where my
pee pee is at
pee leaks out of my pee pee
When I practice kagels, the urgency seems less frequent. I've recently had a UTI, the first in over 2 years and since I don't have pain with one until it's really kicked in, I began completely saturating pads. I was out a week ago Thursday and had to drive home. On the way, the pain kicked in and I knew there was no doubt, plus having to go again after I just had. I always use a catheter. Problem with them is the companies that make them have begun to brainwash the doctors that a brand new one is needed for each void. That is so untrue. I asked my doctor about that. He said to me, "it's a clean operation, not a sterile one."
I think catheterizing 2x weekly doesn't make a lot of sense. Please see a urologist, even if you must ask for a referral to see one. Try to get an experienced, or old school one. When mine retired, it broke my heart. The one I had to see afterward was a moron so I haven't been back to him.
It's important that we permit doctors into our treatment that listen to us. I've learned that the hard way. I've experienced a few that seemed to forget the Hippocratic Oath entirely.
Here's Causticum on Amazon

(A Pharmacist at the local Chamberlin's told me that the higher the #C, it means the more times it's been diluted, contrary to what I thought.)
At the time of this writing, the Causticum is $7.02 at Swansonvitamins. When it comes down in price I usually be one for me and for a friend with MS as well.
