Hello. YES but only on my palms and it only lasts about ten minutes . I've thought of icing them but haven't try it yet. Stay well.

I am with Almaris, I have run in to that with my hands. It's usually one or the other and lasts about 10-15 minutes. As for my feet, right now going to through a time where my right one has a burning pain but no itching, that has traveled over the past week all the way up to my right cheek.

Hope it goes away quickly...

Well, gee ... if you happen to be Indian (I mean Native American) this is a sign that you are coming into some money when you palms itch! I hope this is the case for you.

My palms itch at times but I've never come into any money because of it.

Hope4acure I should be here with lots of money soon if that be the case - my palms and soles itch so bad sometimes I think I am going to shred them by scratching. So if that is the truth I sure could use the extra "scratch" LOL. Thanks for the levity and for the insight!

I have experienced itchiness on the palms of my hands as well as other places. It is common with MS. As one poster mentioned, this could mean money is coming your way. I happen to have American Indian blood and I was told this as a little girl. I thought it meant anyone who had itchy palms would come into money. This is the first time I heard this about American Indians. Oddly, when I do have itchy palms, I am always on the look out for some found money. I would say it only happens part of the time. Well I guess not being full-blooded may be of consequence ;-).

I'll ask our group - we all seem to have different symptoms - I'd say chances are pretty good someone has gone through something like this. I see it was November when you wrote this - has it gone away or have you found out more about it yet?

I have itching episodes but not just on the palms of my hands. Although, sometimes it starts out in the hands or fingers. The episodes for me, usually end up turning into full lower arm itching. From finger tips up to at least elbow, sometimes further up ...but never into shoulder.
I don't "put" anything on it, as I know it is a sensation due to the MS. It drives me batty while it is happening! Happens on both arms, but never at the same time (yet! and hopefully never!)
Usually only lasts from 1/2 hour to about an hour. Then, it stops. Doesn't happen every day. Just randomly.

Hi Kath! Boy do I have that itching! It drives me crazy and sometimes keeps me from sleeping. Sometimes also I think it is dry skin so I will take a scissor blade to it. Dry skin will come off but not much. Then my foot or hand is just left feeling raw...but still itchy! I try different creams, you know like the hardcore stuff like BagBalm and Carmex because they are so thick and will not just absorb into your skin. Carmex kinda burns and Bag Balm does work a little but it smells kinda bad, and is very sticky. The one thing I tried that really seemed to help was this cream stuff I bought from Walgreens that is meant for people with diabetic nerve injury. It does dull it. The itch is so bad it feels like it is under the skin!! I do hate it! Take care and I hope you find some relief soon! Irish

I have gotten the itchy palm thing many times and even the bottoms of my feet to point where I have to take my shoe off ---- I have noticed that when my palms get itchy depending on where I am, if near a window and its cool outside I will hang my hand out ---- I noticed it helping especially when I am driving
