Why is it that when my MS pain starts to come back, it makes me cry? I can be fine for several days, or even weeks, but then the incredible arm and leg pain starts. Of course here I am at work, trying to finish my day, but this pain always brings tears with it. I feel like I need to hurry and go home so I don't cry in public. Anybody else have this problem?

Usually I get a daily influx of emails on health topics. An article from Dr. Mercola really stood out recently though because it mentioned that fat cells have their own mitochondria. Can you take a moment to stretch and regroup? Sounds like you need a plan for oncoming pain. I think If I'd had pain, I'd take a quick break in order to stretch, cry, get re-focused.

Hang in there!
As far as the pain, I spoke to 2 women lately re their MS pain. Both of them are mobile and they said that their pain is alleviated when they exercise. One of them said that the only time their pain stops is when they are walking (she walks about 5 miles a day). The other one said that she has to be moving all the time or the pain comes back. Weird, but true. If you are mobile, try it.
