they know nothing about m.s., did horrible jobs raising their children, and have unhappy or failed marriages.yet they all think they know best for me! the point i have been recently making to them is that i'm not asking them for advice!
it sounds like your problem people are at work. maybe you can politely tell them that you prefer to not discuss personal things at work, that it's just too distracting.
never forget that knowlege is power. and you have the upper hand!
I just try to remember that they mean well. Most people like to think they have something to offer to help another. I try to be patient as I slowly educate them regarding what is going on for me.

I just basically grit my teeth, try to smile, thank them and move one.
I guess I would be more annoyed if they acted as if nothing was wrong and didn't say anything too. At least they care.
She said she would find me something else if need be but then asked me about what doctors I have and then said I need to call my doctor to have my antidepressant/anxiety meds upped. Yeah, I started crying because I'm frustrated.... but I don't necessarily feel depressed. I just want to get healthy. Yes, she is a nurse by trait but is this her business???? Wishing I hadn't talked to her. She just made me feel like I was a nutcase.... hmmmmm
Jim...the workplace gets ugly when they find out we have MS. What have you experienced? They made it more difficult for me every way they could ... to get rid of me. My doc had to get me on disability - it was all taking a toll on my symptoms/health.
