This is a strange question, and it's probably nothing, but bottom line is I've felt great for about 4 weeks now. I'm on a regimen of meds that seems to be working perfectly for me - I actually went two whole weeks without missing any work due to MS related symptoms. This is the best I've felt in a year. The problem is that I woke up this morning, and I feel "off". Had a hard time getting ready for work, kind of off balance and very sleepy. Having a hard time focusing now that I'm here - I don't know, I just feel unattached or dissociated. I don't have any SOLID symptoms, like dizziness or pain or anything like that. It's just a weird "out of sorts" feeling. Could this be the beginning of a flare? Or should I chalk it up to just a bad day? This sucks, because I was SO enjoying feeling good!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
Thanks for the reply and the good wishes....

We all chomp at the bit do our normal stuff... or some part of our normal stuff, and when we do, we may pay.
I have less and less energy and strenght to do those things, so when I feel good, man I over do.
I hope you are able to balance both sides and I pray that you will soon.

I don't know if doing less when I have the energy would make it last longer or not - So far I've only overdone it to some extent. I just end up like a kid in a candy store - Its so nice to feel alive again.
When will I learn???
Take care :)
Love to you all : )
Coolbreeze - I hope you find this site as helpful as I have. I was only diagnosed last August, but like you, have had the disease for many years prior. It's so helpful to know that there are people out there who REALLY understand what you're feeling. Doctors can diagnose, but unless they have MS, they really don't know what it's like. Take advantage of this site. Good luck and much love to you!
