No support program in Canada!?!

I was just looking at the Betaseron website and they are offering all of these wonderful tools... except it's not offered in Canada.

This is so frustrating. Is the $2000+ CAD a month I spend not as good as the US$? Why is there very rarely anything that can make this disease a little more bearable available in Canada?

This is so frustrating. Don't advertise it if you're not going to offer the support to everyone.

I know what your saying it's not real fair...it probably works both ways a bit...I do not subscribe to Modern medicine so far....even for pain 4 to 5 months without any single pill of any kind....its ok so far...SPMS dx 2002...not much of a walker anymore...

Anyone out there heard of LDN as an option to replace steroids?

I agree it's a bunch of BS.

What it all comes down to is government bureaucracy and large pharma. companies not caring about "people" just money... well in my ignorant opinion anyways..

Big pharma, the MS Society, and both the Canadian and American medical communties are BUSINESSES geared to profit and NOT cure.....................our only hope is to work together.....................
