I didn't notice any difference once I stepped up the does...it is already building up in your system.

I really didn't want the meds. It made me nervous. I think that for now, just go with the fact that you have made the decision, and just move forward. Keep track of stuff and all of that, but for now, just say this is what you are doing. Got me through several years...so if a med hater like me can do it, most anyone can!

I completely understand, I have quit taking my cholesterol and bp meds at moment, but plan to attempt to start them back today, the only medicince I will take daily is my insulin because I feel like death if my blood sugar is to high. Work in progress I am. LOL

Good luck. We are all just trying to get it right! And I think it is something our docs should get, sometimes we need to step back, and get things clear in our own minds and our own bodies. And then take a deep breath and move forward.
