I went to a therapy appointment yesterday. Their office was air conditioned but the building is old and very large so it wasn't very effective. I had some leg muscle spasms while the therapist and I were talking but that isn't unusual for me so I ignored it. I didn't realize how much it had effected me until I stood up and almost fell down. My right leg muscles locked up and wouldn't relax. It's better this morning, thank goodness. I haven't been diagnosed yet, but from what I've read on here it sounds like a flare up. I will have to go back for therapy again and I'm not sure what I should do so this doesn't happen again. I would feel really embarrassed to walk in there with an ice pack, especially since I feel like I don't have a "real" reason yet, and I can't think of any other solution. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to handle this? Thanks!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
