I would try keeping a diary or at least a food diary. But seeing a neuro specialist will help you.
Food really made a difference with her headaches. Also, certain meds prevented the migraines. But seeing a doctor would hopefully rule out what it is to make sure that it is a migraine.
Best of luck in your search. Keep searching until you get the answers you need. Migraines can make you nauseous.
I see a chiropractor and have known people come in to see the chiro for migraines so having an adjustment can possibly help you head. They are cheap and are usually covered by insurance.
Hope you feel better soon.

On the other hand, I called my Rheumys on call and they called me in some Flexerall (sp?). The pain has gone down quite a bit (hallelujah!!!) , although it begins to kick in again during the evening :/
With all that said, I had my MRI done yesterday morning, believe it was brain and cervical spine.
Now I discuss the results with my Neuro and I'm bringing this up to them.
And again, thank you for all your support :)))
