I have had very good skin my entire life. My skin never breaks out, it's always clear. Even as a teenager the worst I would have is a few zits on my forehead caused by greasy bang.
Since MS, I have had the most painful acne. It's only about 1 zit a month, but they are always HUGE. I have never seen zits this huge.
At first I attributed it to the 2 five day solumedrol treatments I had last September, but it has been over a year and they're still coming around. It doesn't matter at what point I am in my cycle, they just come when they want.
I actually have to take pain killers because they give me headaches! I have one right now that I'm pretty sure is a separate being. I think it has it's own pulse. I told my boyfriend and he decided to name it Alice!
I know if this is my only thing to complain about at the moment, I have things pretty good, but I don't know anyone else that take pain killers for a zit.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
The recurring problem I have is with boils. They ^insert favorite profanity^ hurt ! They can get HUGE - golfball sized. I discovered an over the counter cream in a tube called Boil Ease that works miraculously. It is a thousand times more effective than a heating pad. One thing though, it smells of coal tar oil. I happen to like the scent, but most people find it highly disagreeable.
I thought at first I was loosing my mind! I've had acne off and on since I was a teenager, but it went CRAZY after I started tx for MS.
At first I thought it might be the Avonex, and then I thought perhaps the Adderall that I take for fatigue. My Neuro didn't think it was either one. My PC put me on an antibiotic based face wash that helps a bit, but good grief! I have the complexion of a 13 year old again! Ugh.
Between the zits that deserve their own zip code and the freaking boils that are another life form, I feel like a dermatologists test case!
