Has anybody read Montel's new book, Living Well Emotionally?? I just finished it. Its really good. I read his other book too. I think he's a good writer and his books are easy to read. this last book was very informative, he really did alot of research.

I am glad to hear that the current book is good. I read his last one and didn't like it at all. So, I think that I will check it out at the library!
Did you learn anything in particular? I watched him on Oprah and was really glad that at least he is out spreading the word about MS and its effects. But, Oprah should have had a neurologist/MS specialist on instead of Dr. Oz.

I haven't read the second one, actually haven't seen it much in stores. I am wondering if any of the proceeds go to MS research. Otherwise I will wait for the library.

I agree with you concerning Dr. Oz. Maybe she will set another show to include a Neurologist..

I particularly like the book because it delt mostly with depression. Montel has the chronic pain & depression that I experience. It was a nice book to read with a breath of fresh air approaches to depression. Its a good read and in the back of the book he has listed tons of research reference. He didn't talk much about the specifics of MS , mostly depression. I didnt get depressed reading it as in most depression books i have. He's a good guy that does alot for people, i wish i could meet hiim.
