I've lost my ability to taste. This happended about twoo weeks ago. I thought it might be sinus related but i have read that MS can cause persons to lose their ability to taste. This is not fun, I ate a bowl of icecream last night and couldn't taste a thing. :( Has anybody else been affected by this???

Big suck!!
That would really effect one of my favorite pastime's Not being able to taste different flavored ice cream I would seruosly consider pulling the plug.

I notice that my sniffer is not so good. I blame it on me smoking, but it could be the MS. So far I can taste and I am very thankful for that

Carol...I've noticed that my ability to "tastes" comes-&-goes. I hope it never leaves completely....as you said...IT'S NO FUN!!...although, it does cause me to eat less...WHICH IS A GOOD THING!! LOL!!!

i thought it was just me so my food don't taste good some times the taste does come and go seem to go more

MS has affected my sense of smell & taste. I lost these senses completely early on but have come back for the most part but not all of it.
