Limbo Land and Spinal compression

If any of you remember I recently posted that I have been in limbo land for awhile. And when I had my last MRI they suddenly decided not to use any contrast. Found out why, I have 4 ruptured discs with spinal compression from 2 of them. Well here is the really strange part. I have had 2 low back epidurals and 1 neck epidural so far and the pain in my legs is absolutely horrible. I have constant pain in my right foot now and I have 2 toes also my right food that are completely gone, no feeling whatsoever. The pain is kicking my butt. I can't seem to function with it. Oh yeah and the epidurals are doing nothing for the pain either. Well there is my update. Pain, Pain, and more pain,

Good to see you again, how in heaven do you rupture four disks!!

I can imagine your pain is out of control and the minimal movement causes more pain,. So sorry to hear that.

What did the dr suggest besides those shots?
Are you on anti inflamatories for this?

We have no idea. Apparently this is something heritary since my father has 6 ruptured discs and we have no idea how he did that either. something about it being degenerating but instead of just degenerating they actually rupture. I am not on anti inflammatories only because the epidurals are injecting steroids for the inflammation directly into my spinal cord. But they are not working.....so Pain, but the pain in my feet is really strange. It just hurts and I have no idea what is causing all this. I assume it is nerve pain. Thanks for reply.

The hard part is figuring out what pain is from the ruptured discs and what part of the pain is from the MS. Good luck in your battle for a dx and care for your back. I'm sure it is very difficult for you. Your friends here at DS are here for you to vent to when you need to.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
