This happens while I am in bed mostly....it is kind of hard hard to explain - my limbs are not asleep or numb, but I am not aware of them in relation to the rest of my body....until I move them. So like an amputee feels like a limb is there even though it isn't...I feel the opposite - the limb is there but it feels like it isn't.... a very strange sensation. Anyone else?

Yes, this happens to me. It scares me and I have to intentionally move my arm or whatever body part to make sure is is still there and has feelings. It scare me in that I fear the loss of feeling will become permenant.

Propriception Sense--google it. It's the sense the body has of its own position in space

causes thing like needing to star at feet when walking, being unable to touch the doc finger then your nose, can cause pounding too hard on the computer keyoard.
