could be, but we have to remember not to assume every pain is from ms. My leg and feet pain started my biggest flare and led to my diagnosis of MS with the combination of all my MRI's and spinal tap tests. I see a pain management specialist now, and have received quite a significant amount of release. I am able to walk now, assisted, but at least I'm on my feet where I wasn't before because of the high pain level. Good luck to you, and be your own advocate for care.

My main MS symptoms are PAIN. I have it all the time in my legs, ankles and feet. I am now begoinning to feel pain behind my knees.

MS is like a box of chocolates...Have you had the spinal tap? what does your neuro say. It does sound like som esyptoms I have read about with MS.

For your sake, I hope it isn't MS. But you HAVE to get more opinions from different doctors. Don't give up until they finally diagnose you. Then get more opinions from another doctor. I felt not to trust the first or second opinion. And some doctors have bad bed side manners & just want you to leave the clinic. Be strong honey.

Leg pain is terrible every morning itmis something imdealnwith. It is constant through most days. My near gave me neuron tin. I cannot say whether it helps or not but I keep hoping. Sometimes my legs feel like they are 100 years old. I can only hope for the best. I am taking it one day at a time. Good luck and I wish all of us well. Aiyanna

There are very few diseases outside of MS that have the symptom of loss/dimishment of vision and optic neuritis.You are in the ACUTE stage of attack right now, so you need to expedite the findings and treatments to restore or save some of that vision. My advice is to get to a Neuropthomogist as fast as you can, so they can find the extent/and damage of the optic neuritis. They can also inject corisone directly around the eye, to further abate the attack or inflammation. Those tiny injections are not bad, less bother than large injections elsewhere in the body. Been there, done that.Check the larger university hospitals and extended eye clinic organizations nearest you to find that specialist.
Severe leg pain?I actually go that in my 24th year of MS, have it right now.
BTW, almost all MS patients expericne some optic neuritis over the course of their disease lifetime.It can be a dreaded fact if one later losses their vision with it going untreated. Best of luck! Pliny

I am seeing a neuro-opthamologist (sp) but not until June 2nd This all started with the cloudy vision in left eye and now it seems legs and arms are being affected too. It seems so sudden and then waiting for answers is more frustrating than I can bear at times. I appreciate all of your responses.
