So I posted here yesterday that I've been feeling great. I said something to the parents at my son's preschool yesterday about my episode and how, at this point, I'm just going on the assumption that it is never going to happen again.

Then, last night, I woke up in the middle of the night with vertigo. Almost fell down in the bathroom. Spilled the water on my nightstand. Dropped the kid's juice when trying to put it back in the fridge. Now I have pain in my ears and the vertigo is still here. This is exactly how it started last time. They thought it was an ear infection. It wasn't. I'm scared to death that I'll wake up tomorrow with double vision. I don't want to do this again. :(

I'm at work and I'm going to try to do all that I can to get my desk ready in case I'm out for 3+ weeks again. Fingers crossed that this is my body's reaction to the UTI and it's just a pseudo exacerbation. Please?

Know how you feel, seems to be just a I think I'm getting better its just a good day, which is followed by a really bad day.

Hope that is is just your body reacting to the UTI. At least it is Friday today. Take it easy over the weekend if you can.

I hope that things don't get any worse. I wonder if they would consider this a second CIS?

If it lasts more than 24 hours I will call the neuro tomorrow and let them know. Unless things get WAY worse they will probably just say that it's leftover stuff from the first incident being exacerbated by infection. I decided not to go to the Mayo clinic (because I've been doing so good!) but I haven't cancelled my appointment yet. Again, if things get worse, I will change my plans and go to Minnesota. At least it's there if I need it.

I can do dizzy. I can do pain but I can't do the double vision again. It sucked so bad. Last time it got worse every time I slept and it got to where I was afraid to go to sleep. Thinking I might have some insomnia on my plate tonight.

I did some Christmas shopping last week AHHhhhhh took me days to get over it.... then just over that feeling not too bad and yesterday here in Aus was a scorcher and completely zapped me again.

I'm actually doing much better, thanks for asking! Sorry I've been kind of MIA but I've been very busy at work and I don't have the internet at home. The dizziness lasted about 4 days but never progressed beyond that. Grateful it was short lived. Now I'm coming down with a cold and I almost expect to have some weird neuro stuff to go along with it. I guess this is the new normal. I'll have to get used to it.

I've scheduled my follow up 3 month MRI for December 26th so I'll know soon if anything has progressed since my attack in September. I'm anxious and nervous. My first MRI only showed one lesion. If any more show up, my diagnosis is official.

Hope everyone is doing well! Again, I appreciate you asking about me!

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
