I know the feeling. I work at a veterinary clinic. Most days I work, I either vacuum or mop. I'm more wiped out and even more painful than before doing one or the other. My arms ache like I've been lifting weights that are too heavy for too long, afterward. Sad part about the vacuum is it's worn on the back, and the sweeper/broom part is quite light and easily maneuverable. Still kills me.

My arms feel really shaky and weak after mopping or vacuuming and the sweating is horrible. What used to be simple tasks are now exhausting.

I don't mop much.

It is weird because I don't sweat much either unless it is over 95+ degrees.

Glad that you are able to mop but sorry that you sweat and get the shakes after it.

It's pathetic when: I think I'm doing better and can walk into the next room and I fall any way! Or I am so tired when I get there I can barely move for 20 minutes!

I don't mop often. I do have a chair available when it comes to nooks and crannies in vacuuming though. Have to make those modifications.

Lorrieonline is perfectly right. Mopping is exhausting, making modifications and making use of the time of day you can accomplish those tasks. 2pm on a warm day is asking for issues... at least for me it is. Remember its not pathetic, its just a new phase of life to concur however you can!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
