The other day I told my husband if I wanted to know what strange symptom I would have next all I had to do was come here and see what the latest discussion was about, there seems to always be a bunch of us having the same symptoms at about the same time.
Is this disease really that predictible or is there just so many of us that we inevitably have some of the same problems starting at the same time? Last fall I had stiffness in my legs and didn't know what that was, till I came here and saw a thread started on the very same thing. Someone mentioned it may even be seasonal.
Today I visit and there is a thread about the 'scurries', which I've been experiencing lately but blaming on my glasses.
The other week it was stiffness in my back, which I again blamed on something else only to find so many others here having it too. (I'm also kind of slow realizing a symptom, I tend to blame it on other things before even thinking it may be the MS)
Does anyone else see this?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
Now the scurries. I don't have them per say but I do have the floaters.
And now you mention back stiffness. Got that too.
After joining the boards I have started to redo the math and wonder just how many years I actually carried this around with me.
The floaters started in '09 but I wondered then if it was just time for that sort of thing or is it the MS.
Stress seems a huge trigger for me. I've always seemed ill at Christmas time. My parents have pictures of me with the long face and dark circlesaround my eyes from the 60s! My Dad has always pointed this stuff out. He also used to tell me I shouldn't give blood - I used to donate on Fridays and sleep all weekend afterward.
Last year's CBC showed a low platelet count and it makes me want to dig through the files to find out how long I've had that.
