After 13 years of injections I am getting site lumps. Warm compresses and massaging don't help. Does anyone have any secrets to keep the lumps away?

I use ice to get rid of them, but I do not know how to keep them away.

I was wondering what kind of shots you are on, intramuscular or subcutaneous. I find with Copaxone you have to get the needle under a nice fat bundle and the needle has to go all the way in. I don't use the autoinjector at all. If you are on copaxone mybe you are running out of fatty spots. This is just my hypothesis.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
