Of coures someone else will love you. That is because you are you a fine person worthy of my friendship. Any person that cannot see this is a fool.
Get another man if you think you need one - one with a job that has insurance so YOU do not have to worry about things like Medicaid and welfare, especially at your age. You can do much better I am sure and your boyfriend knows it.
No man is worth what he is doing to you. Don't go looking as the right person that truly loves you will come along when you least expect it.
I am 55 years old now and I have no shortage of male admirers that could care less that I have MS. They like me because of who I am and maybe because I still look pretty damn good despite the MS. I've found that many men could care less about the fact I have this shit disease.
You are not lazy, you are sick. This is a huge difference and you do not need this awful stress.
I should read my own words and live by them! (lol ...)
Dump the sucker that seems to be adding nothing to the household. Don't you dare mollycoddle this worthless SOB. He is not helping you, he is keeping you sick and likely making you worse.
STRESS = our greatest enemy. :(
Hang in there dear one!
Are you getting more enjoyment or grief out of this relationship? You said once you didn't like who you were before the MS, question is do you love yourself enough now to be alone and free of this stress or is half a bag of shit better than an empty bag? does this relationship give you some kind of security..even if he is a free loader? Is he using you? Ask yourself these questions and think about your future when you come up with the answers.
Remember one thing..NEVER ALLOW SOMEONE TO BE YOUR PRIORITY WHILE ALLOWING YOURSELF TO BE THEIR OPTION.
Sorry vision is blurry today...not sure I spelled the name right....dang it.
Good luck in your journey. I sure hope that you find happiness elsewhere soon. Like you said, you have the power, so he needs to leave. It will only get harder as time goes on. I know. I have been there. Best to get out of the relationship the sooner the better.
My very best to you.
