Happy birthday to me..happy birthday to me...another year of pain and fatigue with a healthy dose of anxiety..lol blah blah but at least my boyfriend is off from work and my mom got me a cake..I love cake!! Ya can never go wrong with cake especially when u crave sweets! Lol good job mom!
