i wish evry1 here could all get together in the same room. i think it would be a lot of fun. you know, i think it's called Fun Cruise in 3/08 they are going to the bahamas i think. has ne1 else heard of this. it's a cruise special for people w/ MS, there will also be other types of people too. i forget who is putting this on. thanks, kelly

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
The MSF Cruise for a Cause is an innovative educational program at sea, giving people with MS the chance to learn from top MS specialists, meet others with MS and enjoy a journey beyond any limitations they may have.
Each year, hundreds of people with MS, their families, friends and caregivers come together for this special event. An educational series with up-to-date medical advice from some of the countrys most prominent MS specialists and visits to exotic ports of call are main attractions, but many find the experience of being with others facing the same challenges to be the highlight of the trip.
Attention is paid to the special needs of travelers with MS, and arrangements can be made for shower chairs, ice for prescriptions medicines, scooter rentals, and a limited number of accessible cabins through our sponsoring travel agency, Fun Cruise and Travel.
