I'm not preaching, just telling my story.

On the sixteenth of this month, I quit smoking. I joined a group here on ds , a very supportive group of people.

Most of my balance is back.

Legs feel stronger.

Leg pain is less.

I have an overall sense of feeling better, of course except my bowels, stomach problems.

I know ms is a rollercoaster but since my last flare, I've been steady or light decline,.

I always suspected smokes could be affecting my walking, apparently it does.

Lets see how long this lasts.
