If you think you are depressed perhaps seeing your Doctor for something to help could be a good idea.
All the best

Are you on meds for the depression? Seems to be a must these days.
Do you have Yahoo Instant Messenger? I do. kkbatte@yahoo.com
Sometimes we experience things to show what we did to others. Sometimes we experience them because it will help our souls evolve even further. I'm not in Nirvana yet. Life is hard sometimes and we can't always see why bad stuff happens. However, you have to believe that there's a grand plan and we're helping to create it, and we all have a part to play. And here's corny but true part. We're all connected and woven into this wonderful and mysterious tapestry called life. Isn't it better to view things this way? If anything is an illusion as science and religion says it is, I rather believe this illusion. It's very real for me.
Half-joking, of course. You can do what you want. You're free around here. Sometimes people, though, don't remember or don't want to be reminded of things they wrote a long time ago. Sometimes it can be embarrassing.
A few weeks ago I started a flare-up because I responded to an old post someone brought back.
I didn't notice the date and a lady got very upset with me (called me everything but a child of Jesus) because the post contained things she didn't feel comfortable revealing anymore.
I was then told by another to observe the date of posts before adding comments to them.
No biggie though. I actually write something interesting on that old post. Peace
I just keep repeating myself. I don't know why I'm doing that. Keep repeating myself, I mean. Why am I doing that?
