I posted a topic the other day asking about sports and if anyone has played or still does play even with MS. I got a few responses and I thank everyone for their stories and advice. I wanted to report that yesterday I played softball on my company team and I did pretty well. I didn't fall once while I was running (thank goodness) I was able to hit the ball almost everytime and even scored two runs!! I brought some ice packs out to the field with me and every chance that i got, i put them on my neck, face, chest, back... every where! I played in TEXAS HEAT and I was fine! Just wanted to share my experience.
