I used to take propranolol for tremors (low dose blood pressure med) but don't need it now. My tremors are from MS but not really noticeable now.
If it is a flare it could be a few days to a few weeks. Best to consult your doctor and ask. If it is bad enough, perhaps they will put you on steroids.
Sounds like the best thing for you to do is lower your stress level and be very good to yourself for a while. Apparently you have been under stress due to her illness and death for a while. Do something that is good for your mood. Whatever makes you happy or can calm you down.
HUGS to you. My sympathies to you. Glad you shared. That is a good thing to do.
If it does not seem to get better or if new things are happening then I suggest calling your doc, you may need a little Solumedrol help. If this is the case don't put it off, I did for a year and it put me in a walker. I'm just now getting better and my dad died 2yrs ago this month. I feel that if I would have put my grief aside and helped myself I would be much better off right now but...... What can ya do sometimes, grief is such a powerful emotion.
Hang in there love and take care of yourself.
You need to step outside yourself, go on automatic pilot and try and distance yourself from the stress brought on by the grief. I'm not saying not to grieve but to try and do so mentally rather than emotionally maybe.
So sorry,
Sandra
