For a long time now I have had memory problems. Years, in fact. However, lately I have had an awful time finding the right words when I have a conversation. For instance, I couldn't remember the sequence of my bank account number (which I can usually rattle off very easily) or this morning I tried to say MRI, but kept getting it mixed up. Yesterday I was talking to my mom, and I kept trying to say "doctor" but the word eluded me. I trip over my words like a toddler just learning to put together sentences. My mom swears is it post-menopause, but SHE doesn't do it! I had a hysterectomy last September, and she had one a year and a half before that. So if it WAS post-menopause, wouldn't she do it, too? My mom is pretty much in denial about my diagnosis. She keeps holding out hope that they will find something else...fixable... My question is, does this happen to you, too? I am wondering if the fact that it is getting more and more difficult to get the right words out, if that means the MS might be progressing? My latest MRI led me to believe the Copaxone was working. There were no new lesions since November. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance. ~Jlynn

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...

Might be worth seeing a speech therapist (or similar) to give you some helpful pointers.
Now, I know that is part of the package so I let friends and family know when the sharades are about to start and we all work it out. It is embarassing with a stranger...but quite a ice breaker at parties.
