I just got my testosterone shot and the nurse was really good at making it painless going in but she took so long pushing it in my leg started shaking so bad that the needle started moving up and down so much for the painless shot I was getting, I thought let me at the needle, wow what a shot.

Never let a new (or young) nurse give you a shot or draw blood. Politely ask for a more experienced nurse or tech. Unfortunately, I learned this in a much more dramatic and physically threatening way. Be very happy it was over (kinda) quickly.

Seriously, I'm not bashful about asking to have some one else stab me if I'm uncomfortable.

Think you're gonna have a bruise?

Why would a man get a testosterone shot? I have no idea, so I'm just curious. Don't you have enough? Is it to benefit your MS in some way? Can women get one too? I wouldn't want to start growing hair on my chest or anything though...

Sorry you feel like a pin-cushion! Hope the pain goes away tomorrow.

There is a link between testos. and MS actually some post in the MS and med and women also have testos. but just made a different way and for me it is an energy just went to a monthly maintenance one and the only thing that made hair grow is that Rebif, getting hair on parts of my body I would of be proud of when I was younger. At least I will have a nice bruise and can't believe I bleed throuh the bandaide but there is one nurse done in 5 seconds and that stuff is thick should be happy it was'nt her
