...who seems to really understand my needs! Thank the Lord! I have been trying to get a doc who understood my issues, and was willing to help me. I finally think I found one! Yeah!!
This one has stated in his notes that my "current bulbar dysfunction is probably the most concerning problem" and "her clinical course is declining at a concerning rate." I am not happy that I am "showing" this as so bad, but, I am grateful this doctor is recognizing these facts, and he is willing to help me!
I have noted these things, just not in "clinical terms". So, it is no surprise to me that he is seeing these facts.
Now this dr. is going to get me started on a dmd and some physical therapy! Yeah!! Glad this new doc is one who is going to get me the much needed help!

Oh, that is wonderful news. It is very difficult to connect with a doctor that you feel you can trust to do what is in your best interest. I know I personally went through several doctors before I found my prince. Best wishes to you, and keep us informed on what DMD you are going to start. Early intervention helps prevent future disability.

that is good news. I have a MD neuro that is quite old and I worry each time I set my appointment that they will tell me he retired. He is quite good, and we love him, but you know the day is going to come that he wont be there and I will completely panic.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
