I should have mentioned I've been totally resting!! If I see anymore tv I'm gonna go nuts! I think slowly doing things may help. take care!
I have also found that aqua aerobics have been a great help.
Also if you are not taking Vit D have your doctor check your levels.

I got rid of most of mine moving. I move all I can.
Research wheelchair exercise on You Tube, upper body, yoga, seated zumba, anything, just move.
This is how I see it. In bed im in pain, exercising also hurts, so I choose to exercise and many months down the line you will see the changes.
Worth any effort.

It is really had for me to accept that this is the way it is going to be for the rest of my life.
I too have seen enough TV for 5 lifetimes with the same old, tired commercials selling weight loss gimmicks, snake oil to make a man's member go "BIG TIME" and the like repeated over and over.
If you are up to it, swimming, and whirlpool baths help. If you are on Medicare, places like the "Y" are supposed to be free.
