feelin like an old fart...ugh

Ok...so spasticity or whatever u call it is a pain in the ass..but idk if what I feel is that or what..I feel old!..my body aches like I'm an old fart who's 87 n all her bones hurt...I feel ssoo stiff and my muscles act the hell up by tightness..and man do I say tight..painfully..and my Bones crack when I stretch or move.uugghhh its a pain to walk cuz of this..p.s. I live on the third floor! I go up n down those stairs at least 6-10times a day..sux but my muscle relaxers don't do shit I'm on zanaflex 4mg 3xday n I don't feel any different. I smoke mj which helps and relieves some spasticity at least 3-5 times a day..percocets work a bit cuz it settles most of the pain from this achy body..this is wack!

Girlfriend, I feel like an old far and I AM ONE... I get the pain in the back etc when I try to walk aways or garden. I have to sit down and drink something for about 10-15 min. Then I feel a bit better.

It feels like your back is seizing up, like a car engine. Sucks...

Aleve works pretty well on this. Ditto Ibuprofen.

Yes, Aleve works, and I take 2 Tylenol Arthritis.

Spasticity has been a pain in my ass, as well as other spots on my body for many years now :-( ................ I try to periodically stretch out throughout the day. I also smoke cannibis. I puff goody e v e r y d a y lol I take Dronabinol (brand name: Marinol) and recently I went to a legitamate massage therapist. Let me tell you, Ive gotten many, many, many massages by throughout the years by women who said they knew how give a good massage and yes they were good most of the time but nowhere close to as good as the one I got a week ago from this massage therapist in Montclair, NJ. Okay, lemme describe it to you like this: I normally need a cane to walk. After the massage I walked outta the place hold my cane in my hand but I didn't need to use it! Before I left I was holding my arms str8 out in front of myself and doing deep knee bends (squats) totally by myself! I kept saying softly over and over "This is amazing" I told her that she made me feel like I went back in time. She gave me a tip and I tried it and I felt the difference. The tip was a hot or warm bath in 2 cups of epsom salt but only for 12 minutes. The massage was HUGE! I didn't just get a bodyrub. The lady did work with her fingers. I must've sounded dumb telling her that she had magical hand lol

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
