i know exactly what i should be eating, but don't. I was eating very healthy, and followed strict guidelines.
about a year ago - i just totally got off track and have never been able to get back on, and start eating healthy.
does anyone have any tips on how they stay on track, eating healthy for the long run? i have the most trouble with going out to eat, because it's something my friends and i do a lot,
i used to be a competitive swimmer and on track and field, so i'm still kind of growing out of the mindset of being able to eat whatever i want without consequences. i'm realizing how important eating well for ms is the hard way lol!
my pain and level of fatiuge has definitely increased after i stopped eating healthy, and that's what's making me realize how important diet is in living well with ms.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
I know it seems simple, but it can be so very hard to do . . . I don't bring bad choices home, so there not here to tempt me. This has served me well. Trust me, it's not always easy!
Research foods that cause inflamation. That helps a lot. I hardly ever eat red meat, because of that. I love it , but it works.
