Your right, finding that happy medium is difficult.
Now, when I skip a meal, or get working and end up not eating lunch until 2,3 or 4pm my body goes haywire. I get this sick shakey feeling my ms starts acting up - i get the fireworks in my head, and little twinges in places. It really lets me know - hey you need to feed me. And once i get to that point, even eating doesnt make me feel that much better, it still lingers a while, until I relax enough and get back on track.
And I have had my thyroid, blood sugar levels, etc. all tested, I'm not diabetic, etc.
i do find now though that i can't eat as much for a meal, and if i do, i feel sick to my stomach. well, i've been feeling sick to my stomach a lot. i just assumed it was stress or a bug or something. is this an MS thing?
I don't blow up like a balloon after I've eaten and healthy is the only option.
Portion control ;D helps.
So c'mon mr Jim.... what is a typical days eating for you?
I do eat healthy, and don't eat wheat..gluton free. I hate to say it, I still have stomach aches.
Maybe a lesion on our brain is working on our stomachs..lol
