As for fixing dropping things there is no easy cure that I know of for sure.
I have a touch keyboard on the screen of our desktop computer which makes it easier to get to avoid typing too.
Speak to an an occupational therapist if you can or the ms society & see what they suggest too.
my nurse suggested a strap to go around my hand to hold my silverware I am going to talk to my OT tomorrow
Gentle hugs, Linda
You can get flatware with a soft grip large handle, and plates and bowls with a scoop up the back. Your OT should know about all these things. Glad you're working with one.
There are a lot of things, from eating to dressing to bathing and more, available through Sampson Preston: http://www.pattersonmedical.com/
As far as dropping things I bought a brace that holds on to items. It works really well, especially for my pen.
