heat= worsening neurological symtoms (tremors, dizzyness, spasms, cramps, vertigo ect)
rain= joint pain, fevers , hot flashes, stifness
if its 65 degrees and sunny those are my best days LOL few and far between
a couple of days ago it started to get hotter in the evening. that morning, when it was cool out, i was fine. before i went out to get dinner for the old folks, i was inside in the a.c. and sweating profusely. it didn't make sense until i got outside.
i have pretty severe heat intolerance, so if you pray, lol, keep me in your thoughts around july.
as long as there is moving air, i do pretty well, and i do spend alot of time w/hose, and never go anywhere w/o a spray bottle!!
