Maybe you do? It could be worth looking into
Be careful what you wish for.I dream oftenand if I am kicking or punching or running in the dreamthen that is what I am doingI dream often and get no restand am dangerous to be around when I am sleeping...
Then, with regularity, you will dream again and remember dreams better. It had to do with people having insomnia and sleep-debts to make up and such.
If you have trouble falling asleep cause of symptoms, consider magnesium supplement! Mine works wonders! Without it I can't sleep at all but with I am back to happy nights and no side effects :) Some lower quality mag pills can give you shits though, just a warning
Also consider melatonin if you have trouble staying asleep.
If you want something stronger, I recommend baclofen. It helps with spasticity, pain, and other symptoms while sleeping. The only thing is its not a natural sleep so I dont know how it would affect your ability to dream
I read that even if we're not seeing any dreams, we're dreaming. You wake and feel you had none but you did they were just too fast to comprehend consciously. Or maybe you forget them right away. Either way, sounds like you need MORE sleep and at a consistent time! :)
My husband, rarely wakes up at night a never remembers his dreams.
Don't take me at my word, this is just a theory, but it might be worth googling.
i hear acting out your dreams for frequently can be a symtoms of ms
Even when I do remember a dream when I awake, it is only for a short while and I then forget them. I remember only a couple of dreams my entire lifetime. I used to remember awaking with a dream where I was trying to find a bathroom (before my MS was ever dx). Apparently I had to go to the bathroom during the night. I would remember looking for a bathroom wherever I was and never finding one. So my spastic bladder was playing a part in my mind.
Recently I awoke with a dream where I remembered looking for a place where I could cath. That was a first where I remembered my MS in my dream. But looking for a bathroom seems to have been a reoccurring theme. The only real memory of dreams. Like I said I am grateful that I don't remember them because I usually wake up with some kind of resolution to a problem so I must have been working on it in my sleep. So I wouldn't want to remember the dream part. Like one comment said, be careful for what you wish for.
Some of them are quite awesome and all too real.
