I am on her diet and I have had some relief but I have only been on it about 10 days. I have great faith in what she is doing.

I won't repeat my holistic method of diet and exercise since I sound like a broken record! But yes, diet and exercise are probably more effective than all of the MS drugs combined. But only if you also reduce stress. And only if you can dig deep and understand what your issues are for getting sick in the first place. There is an emotional root for all of us. A reason why our bodies said NO when we could not say it for ourselves.

I've been following Dr. Wahls and I love her book and her Wahls Protocol. I've lost some weight by following her ketogenic diet. The challenge for me now is to do the exercise that works synergistically with the diet. She's got a number of suggestions in the book. When I asked her where to start, she mentioned that she goes over that in the book and highly recommends stretching to get going.
