My wife talked to a friend that says I should get the I.D. has anyone heard of this or tax breaks for people with disabilities.

this is what I have I know you have to get form have doc fill out. Its id if you dont have one. Also it is free and good for 5 years 10 years if 65+

In SC, if you have certain diseases, including MS, then you are tax exempt on your house and one acre. Then since I require the use of a wheelchair(you don't have to be completely wheelchair bound), we do not pay property tax on up to two cars. Go to your States Dept. of Revenue on line and look under tax exemptions. You have to have your doctor write a letter and complete a few forms, but that was easy. Sure helps the budget since I am on disabilty like many of you!!!!
