I was diagnosed at 42 after I had brain surgery for a misdiagnosed case of Hydrocephalous (due to bad balance and what I know now was brain atrophy, my lateral ventricles were swollen).

My mom was just diagnosed this summer and she is 63. Absolutely no symptoms before everything that happened to her in July. In fact, it took place in a matter of a half-hour. She was enjoying her retirement and life in general, and now she is wheelchair bound, cannot use her right arm or hand, and is loosing her sight. Had been healthy all of her life.

I had to blind 3 times before they found out I wasn't a closet alcoholic with vertigo issues. Fun to tell a new mother. I was 21. fun fun fun!

Looking back and realizing the symptoms, they surfaced about Nov. 2006

I was dx in 2006 at 36 but things started happening back in 99 or 2000...I can't remember exactly.

April 17,2000 at 1:10pm. At the age of 28. Had symptoms for many years but no insurance so I feel that I was not given adequate care.

10/10/93. 29 years old.

April 25th, 2003. I was 32. Thats my birthday. Happy birthday to me. Anyway...I've had problems for years and years...maybe since around age 20 or so.

I received my official diagnosis in Feb of 2006 I was 41 yrs of age. I had symptoms 3 years earlier. Bless you all and I wish you all the best on this MS rollercoaster ride we are all on.
