Sorry to hear you are have so much trouble with them.

I use CuraScript for my Ampyra, for about one year now and have not had any problems with them. I get a monthly reminder phone call from them to refill my script, they work with me to schedule a delivery date, and then it is shipped 2nd day delivery so it arrives on the scheduled date.

I've been dealing with them for years and have only had 1 issue with them, other then that they have been great. Sorry your having trouble with them.

Sorry you've had problems with them. I just started with them for my Rebif. Am about to place my 2nd month refill, so I am keeping fingers crossed. So far, their automated system has been calling frequently to follow up about the refill etc. Let's hope their human counterparts follow through!

The only problem I have had with Curascripts is their inability to understand that I want my stuff sent through UPS rather than FedEx. They told me either was an option, but they have never used FedEx. We have a UPS station where I live, but FedEx puts the package in the postal mail.

They also have a hard time understanding that not everyone gets next day delivery.

Having said that, the shipments I get are still at the correct temperature and the people I have worked with have been nice.

Used them for 10 years - never had a problem. Course that was awhile back when I was taking Avonex. Liked them the best of any of the mail order pharmacies.

Sorry you are having trouble. If I remember correctly, they helped me with the co-pay. Ask about it.
