I take it at night also, but haven't noticed anything but nausea which I am usually able to sleep through. I've been on the Copaxone for almost a month now and am feeling pretty good. At first I felt terrible, but I'm wondering if it was because my doctor had me stay on Rebif until the Copaxone came in the mail and then just switch over. I feel like the Rebif is finally out of my system and now I'm starting to feel pretty good. The injections aren't even as painful as they were at first. I think my body is adjusting to the Copaxone. How long have you been on Copaxone?

I have only been on it for two weeks. I have yet to try any others...hoping that this one works since I have no real problems yet. I did inject my side last night and that one was painful...got a large welt too but pain was gone in about 20 min and welt was gone by morning. :)

When I first was on Copax I'd inject at night, but I eventually switched it to my morning routine. It didn't make much of a difference for me. Just go with what your body tells you. I never got any side effects (for the most part) except injection reactions so I didn't need to sleep off the flu like symptoms like with the interferon.

Hmmm seems like I did have some weird dreams and problems sleeping at first actually. I forgot about that. I take trazadone for sleep, but my neuro has also prescribed lunesta for when I'm on solu-medrol. I took lunesta a couple of times during the first week or so when I started Copaxone because I had trouble sleeping.

After the first 2 weeks I started getting large itchy hives in some areas after injections. I've found that Cortizone cream helps with the itching. I've also thought about trying benadryl cream. I think I might pick some up at Walmart today. Right now I have like 3 spots that are bugging me at the same time. Grrrrr!!!

Can't say that I've had strange dreams.....but we're all different. I've been on it since January of '07. Still no flare ups or new lesions... before I got started, I was scared to death to have to do injections, but now it is just like brushing my teeth. (do mine at 8:30 every night) then lay on the bed to watch tv for the evening. Good Luck!
